The Challenge
A discharge book is a seafarer’s official record of service at sea. Applying for one and verifying the details was a slow, paper based process that was difficult to secure and hard to scale as demand grew.

One digital platform for application, verification and issuance
We built a platform that takes seafarers from application through verification to the issue of their discharge book. It captures biometric data, automates each step of the workflow and follows the international maritime standards set by the IMO.
