With over a decade of experience at Iris Smart, Deji has led some of the company’s key initiatives, most notably the migration from the 1st generation ePassport to the enhanced 2nd generation ePassport.
Deji’s strong communication and interpersonal skills allow him to form effective working relationships with staff, colleagues and customers, with the ability to mentor and develop less experienced staff.
